Welcome Reception, August 28 at City Hall
The welcome reception on August 28, is located to Stockholm City Hall, which is the site of the Nobel prize banquet each year on December 10. Stockholm City Hall was built between 1911 and 1923 and was designed by the Swedish
architect Ragnar Östberg. The building also houses offices for 200 people including the Municipal Council.
The welcome reception is hosted by Region Stockholm and Stockholm City council, and it is included in the registration fee for all participant categories.

Symposium Dinner, August 30 at Winterviken
In beautiful Vinterviken, only 15 minutes (by bus or car) away from Stockholm city lays the old factory of Nobel from 1891. This is the site of Restaurant Winterviken, venue of the symposium dinner. Winterviken is run by one of Sweden’s most reputed chefs Marcus Aujalay, well known for most Swedish people from television. He has won several national and international titles, and has also managed the Nobel prize award dinner.
The symposium dinner is an extra charge of SEK 800 (appr 75€) for registered participants. Transportation to and from the restaurant is included in the dinner fee.
