Poster presentations – instructions

The poster screen’s presentation surface is made of textile, 98 cm wide, and 198 cm high – portrait format. (You don’t need to fill the full height down to the floor.)
Posters can be attached to the screen with pins. Pins will be provided on-site by the organizers.

Posters are divided into two groups, Group 1 displayed on the first half of the conference, and Group 2 displayed on the second half of the conference.

• Group 1: Abstract ID 43824-46635 – mounting Sunday 28 August from 8:00 – dismounting Monday 29 August before 17:00 (5 p.m)
• Group 2: Abstract ID 46637-48457 – mounting Tuesday 30 August from 8:00 – dismounting Wednesday 31 August before 16:00 (4 p.m)

The organizers take no responsibility of your poster. Posters left on the screen after your poster period is over, will be discarded.

Oral presentations – instructions

Each presentation will be allowed 15 minutes including time for questions.
